Returns are accepted within two (2) days of purchase.
For a full refund, the watch must be returned in new and unused condition, with all original tags, manuals, and packaging included.
- To initiate a return: Securely pack the watch in its original packaging. Include your proof of purchase (receipt or invoice). Mail your return to: Name: Senders name Address: Sender's address.
- Please note: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. We will process your return within 6-7 business days of receiving it. You will be notified by email once your return is complete and your refund is issued.
- Refunds: A full refund of the purchase price will be issued to the original method of payment, excluding shipping costs. We cannot accept returns for:
- Watches that have been used or damaged.
- Watches that are missing original tags, manuals, or packaging.
